6. Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills are the fifth and final team on this list that are sitting at 7-6. After a 4-1 start they have gone just 3-5 since. I thought about dropping them even lower on this list, but they continue to play hard, and even in their last two losses, they kept it close. Plus, their remaining schedule is one of the easier ones on this list.

  • vs Carolina Panthers
  • at New England Patriots
  • vs Atlanta Falcons
  • vs New York Jets

I feel like the Bills have a great shot at going 3-1 the rest of the way and a 10-7 record is probably enough to get them in the playoffs. I don’t know if anyone fears the Bills the way they might have thought they would when they were 4-1, but if they can finish strong they could still be a tough out in the playoffs.

Next up, another team that looked like a front runner early on.
