While Sunday’s game featuring the Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers will be without quarterback Aaron Rodgers due to a positive COVID test taken earlier this week, you’d be mistaken if you thought this game lacked the requisite star power in his absence to make it a must-watch game. With Patrick Mahomes and Davante Adams, Tyreek Hill and Aaron Jones, Travis Kelce and (if he’s healthy) David Bakhtiari.

We’re here to not only provide insight for fans but also bettors who are hoping to make some money in Week 9. There are plenty of prop bets that have earned our attention, so without any further ado, let’s get to the bets we like the most for the Chiefs vs. Packers.

KC Chiefs: 3 best prop bets for Week 9

Check out these three prop bets we think are the best to take this Sunday afternoon. All odds listed come courtesy of WynnBET

1. Patrick Mahomes – Completions (26.5)

The Packers are coming into Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday with a number of significant injuries in the secondary, beginning with the loss of Jaire Alexander to a shoulder injury. He’s been placed on injured reserve and there’s a chance he returns this season but he’s definitely not suiting up against the Chiefs. The same can be said for Isaac Yiadom who is on the COVID-19/reserve list.

The Packers aren’t without talent here, and the early returns on first-rounder Eric Stokes are nice, but overall this is a unit that the Chiefs can beat with their cadre of playmakers. Tyreek Hill is tough for anyone to cover but Mahomes should be able to find plenty of targets here with the right game plan. The Packers are tough, but 27 completions sounds like a solid bet to us.
