4. Dante Hall, KR

There is no doubt that Dante Hall is the most electrifying player in Kansas City Chiefs history. Hall brought a new level of excitement to the kick and punt return position.

Hall broke the NFL record for most consecutive gives with a kickoff or punt return taken back for a touchdown, doing so in four straight games early in 2003. In a 10-game span from late 2002 through early 2003, Hall came away with 10 kickoff and punt return touchdowns.

Hall had a couple of key touchdowns in 2003, scoring a touchdown on special teams late in games to give the Chiefs the lead and eventually the victory. Not only was he exciting to watch on special teams, he won the Chiefs some games when they needed him the most. That put Hall’s name in discussion for MVP that year.

Hall is in the top 10 all time in NFL history in kick return yards, kick return touchdowns and punt return touchdowns. Hall finished his career with 12,397 kick and punt return yards, the sixth most ever.

The former Texas A&M standout has two Pro Bowl and two All-Pro honors. Hall was named to the NFL 2000’s All-Decade Team twice as a kick returner and again as a punt returner.
