Podcast: Breaking down the Chiefs horrible loss to Titans
By Matt Conner
The Kansas City Chiefs had a miserable day on Sunday. We were just about as miserable having to sort it all out on the latest episode of the Arrowhead Addict podcast.
In the wake of the Chiefs’ horrible loss to the Tennesee Titans in Week 7, there are far more questions than answers at this point. The Chiefs put together the sort of egg-laying performance that typically leads to someone being fired, and how a team that was so favored to win the Super Bowl can come out in the regular season looking this poor is what has everyone so perplexed.
At this point, fingers are being pointed everywhere. It’s the coaching staff who aren’t making the right calls. It’s the players who are not executing. It’s the front office that has not provided enough talent. It’s the organization that hasn’t demanded accountability for repeated mistakes.
Basically, everyone at Arrowhead is to blame. Just what they will about it all, however, remains to be seen.
On the latest episode of the AA podcast, Patrick Allen, Matt Conner and Matt Verderame spend significant time breaking down the game between the Chiefs and Titans on Sunday and we try our best to ask and answer a lot of these questions. What will the Chiefs do in response to this game? Who is to blame? Just how good or bad are the Chiefs? And what should we expect come playoff time?
At the very least, misery loves company, so we invite you all to hang out with us and share in the feeling. Beyond watching the show here, make sure you also subscribe to our YouTube Channel so you don’t miss future breakdowns like this as well as great interviews with Chiefs players
