Remember that time a Raiders fan stabbed a Chargers fan with a shank?

It’s Friday and as we all get ready for a big game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills, I thought it might be fun to take a walk down memory lane.

Do you guys remember that time a Raiders fan stabbed a Chargers fan with a prison-style shank?  The video won’t post here on the site anymore because Youtube changed its guidelines. I used to post it every once in a while back in the day for a laugh but you can still watch it on Youtube.

I should mention the guy who got stabbed was ok. I believe the stabber got five years in prison for the incident. Definitely a stupid move.

Ok, let’s break this down. First, gotta love this guy’s stash. If there is one thing I miss about the late ’90s to early 2000s, it is all the mustaches.

I’d also like to point out the grip here. Now, I don’t have a lot of experience stabbing people but is this really the way you want to go? Why does he have his finger over the blade like that? I’m clumsy and I accidentally hurt myself at least once every day so I am pretty sure if I tried to stab a guy while holding a knife like that I’d almost certainly end up chopping off my own finger instead.

I love the Chiefs. If it meant another Super Bowl win, I’d probably do something crazy for them like jump in a frozen lake, shave my head or listen to a Jonas Brothers album. I am not sure I’d go to prison for the Chiefs, though. Not that this guy stabbing a Chargers fan actually helped the Raiders. If this is the Raiders fan stabbing I am thinking of, it happened in October of 2000. The Raiders were actually good in 2000, finishing 12-4. In 2002, they went all the way to the Super Bowl but lost. After that, well, they didn’t have a winning season again until 2016. Come to think of it, that guy probably should have asked to stay in prison a little long so he didn’t have to get out and watch more Raiders football.
