Week 5: Patrick Mahomes?

What’s in store for the Bills in a Week 5 primetime matchup against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs. Of course, the drama will be that much more given the AFC Championship rematch along with the Chiefs looking to climb back into the standings in the AFC West and the AFC as a whole.

The Buffalo defense has played well, and the Bills offense has proven they can capitalize on turnovers to distance themselves from their opponents. However, what happens when the defense can’t get turnovers, let alone defensive stops?

Against the Bills (including the 2020 AFC Championship Game) Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs 2-0, with the K.C. gunslinger going 50-for-68 for 550 yards and 5 touchdowns and no turnovers. Mahomes has proven his efficiency against the Bills, and this Sunday night matchup will be the true test to learn if this Bills defense is for real, or if they’ve only faced subpar quarterback play up to this point in the season.
