The K.C. Chiefs lack the funds to make any lavish moves, and honestly they don’t even have the needs. A few subtle moves for Brett Veach will do.

The Chiefs already have Willie Gay coming back to help an ailing defense, and the team just signed reinstated free agent wide receiver Josh Gordon to help out on the offensive side. Given that the team really needs to just focus and get themselves in order, it’s not as if they need any serious tuning. The coaches have all sounded confident that their guys will be able to get things in order. It just takes practice and perspective.

So we’re not looking for the Chiefs to make some big splash announcements any time soon. These days are largely about making small moves that would help bolster the team, make things a bit better in key areas, and maintain communication in the right settings. Essentially we’re here to offer general manager Brett Veach our own list of three moves be happy to see Brett Veach make.

Brett, if you’re reading, just know these moves can likely be done with very little effort if you’re just up for the conversations it would require.
