As we prepare for another week of NFL action, the Kansas City Chiefs are in a slightly different place than we might have believed they would be at this point. At 1-2, the Chiefs are another loss away from extreme panic and an abysmal first quarter of their season. That’s what makes this matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4 so compelling.

With a tense contest on the road ahead of us on Sunday afternoon, we polled our Arrowhead Addict writers to weigh in with their predictions of what will happen. Judging by the results, no one is buying any real panic at this point. In fact, the Chiefs are expected to bounce back in a major way.

Here’s what our writers had to say about the Chiefs vs. Eagles in Week 4.

Max Cashio

With 3 Weeks of film available on what has gone wrong, I expect to see the Chiefs bounce back in a big away against Philadelphia that will propel them the rest of the season. Chiefs 35, Eagles 17

Matt Conner

Weaknesses have been exposed, but the strengths of this roster are still enough to carry them where they want to go, and that certainly means over the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4. Chiefs 28, Eagles 16

Bransen Gibson

What was meant to be an easy game for the Chiefs now suddenly has a lot riding on it. After a rocky start to the season, K.C. will finally look the real deal in a complete performance against the Eagles. Chiefs 31, Eagles 13

Scott Loring

It felt creepy to pick the Chiefs to lose last week, but I did the deed. This week I just can’t see it happening. This team is too proud to lose three in a row. It can’t happen. The defense shows up big and the Chiefs get back on track behind a solid running game from both Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Darrel Williams. Chiefs 27, Eagles 13

Evan Mead

The Chiefs have the be fired up beyond understanding. With back-to-back losses, the Chiefs will be on a revenge tour against a weak Eagles team. Chiefs 38, Eagles 17

Gregory Morse

The Chiefs play for pride and for Andy this week to get him his 100th win in Philly. The Defense keeps the Eagles under 20 points and the offense releases some pent up frustration. Chiefs 42, Eagles 17

Farzin Vousoughian

The Eagles just got blown out on Monday night. Not only is this a must-win for the Chiefs, but they need to win big yo help eliminate some recent weaknesses. Surely, the team emphasized turnovers a bit more this week in practice to try to get back in the win column. Chiefs 35, Eagles 13
