The K.C. Chiefs are 2-0 this preseason after defeating the San Francisco 49ers in the preseason opener and the Arizona Cardinals on Friday, with both games being on the road. Each came down to the wire as the Chiefs offense put together a game-winning drive in the fourth quarter against the 49ers, while the Chiefs defense managed to hold off the Cardinals after cutting the deficit to one possession.

With the Chiefs at 2-0, there are a lot of players who have stepped up for the Chiefs this preseason. Many players who aren’t well known are making an impact as they try to make the 53-man roster. Every player wants to make a name for himself to impress the Chiefs coaching staff—or to have impressive enough tape to get noticed by another team in case they get cut.

Chiefs fans have been keeping their eye on multiple position groups, the most obvious one being the offensive line. But the Chiefs have some other questions coming into the 2021 season. There is a lot to discuss about the depth at running back, wide receiver, defensive end and cornerback as well for the Chiefs through these two preseason games.

Let’s look at 11 Chiefs players who have impressed us the most so far this preseason. As always, let us know what you think in the comments section about the list.
