We’re one week into training camp for the Kansas City Chiefs at Missouri Western State University which feels both needed and normal. After a hellish year filled with so much change and cancellations, it’s nice that fans can once again go to see their favorite team in a relaxed atmosphere in St. Joseph.

Beyond the personal fan experiences, we can also start to get a good idea of how the Chiefs are looking for the upcoming season.

On this episode of the Arrowhead Addict podcast, hosts Sterling Holmes and Matt Conner look back over the first week and survey the good and the bad. What are some of the key takeaways in this first stretch? What are some promising signs for the road ahead? What about some troubling aspects of camp so far? From issues at wide receiver to injuries in the secondary, there’s a lot to break down and we do our best to tour the Chiefs roster and discuss it all.

We also reach back into a bit of history to talk about which Chiefs players we would love to add to this current roster in order to bolster the team and to see a familiar face enjoy some potential Super Bowl glory.
