It’s June and Chiefs Kingdom is being forced to move on from a couple players—one of which never played for the team.

The Atlanta Falcons officially dealt away franchise star and future Hall of Fame wide receiver Julio Jones to the Tennessee Titans over the weekend in a deal that finally put an end to several days (weeks?) of rumors that certainly grabbed hold of a sizable amount of KC Chiefs fans in the hopes that the team would be able to add Jones to the offensive arsenal. Even without a direct trade, the Chiefs and other AFC contenders are forced to reckon with a tougher Tennessee team now—and the Chiefs are certainly one of those franchises who play the Titans during the regular season and potentially the postseason as well.

As for the other player, the Chiefs officially moved on from Bashaud Breeland as well after the Minnesota Vikings ended up signing him away for a cool one-year, $4 million contract. It seemed like a fairly easy deal on the surface to match given his history of performance with the team and the question marks surrounding the current options, but the Chiefs are content to let the kids play.

What does all of this mean for the Chiefs? And what songs should be played at Arrowhead Stadium that are currently being left out of games? We cover all this and more in the latest episode of the Arrowhead Addict podcast.
