Rashad Fenton

Rashad Fenton has been dealing with a foot injury for the last few weeks after injuring his ankle in the season-ending loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. He’s been limited in practice sessions ever since that game, although he was able to play in the Divisional Round against the Bills after missing the opening Wild Card round for the Chiefs against the Cleveland Browns.

Fenton not only played against the Bills but helped ice the game late with an interception of Josh Allen while playing in relief for L’Jarius Sneed (see below), who was taken out of the game after hitting his head on the ground making a great play in coverage.

The Chiefs aren’t very dependent on Fenton compared to others on this list, but Fenton has proven to be a very good performer when given playing time. If the Chiefs weren’t remarkably deep at this point, Fenton would be turning a lot more heads. That said, his presence in the secondary provides security and a solid defensive back when given the call. In the biggest game of the year, Fenton’s foot injury will be something the Chiefs hope to put behind them.
