2. Andy Reid

While Tyrann Mathieu, Travis Kelce, and Tyreek Hill all are massive reasons why the Chiefs are going back to the Super Bowl, I still couldn’t put any of them over the head man himself, Andy Reid. From the moment that Reid arrived in Kansas City, everything changed. This team has been successful since the day he arrived. Players love him, and he is without a doubt the best offensive mind in the NFL.

On any other team he is probably number one on the list, but even though he didn’t take the top spot, make no mistake, the Chiefs would not have made either of these Super Bowls without Andy Reid.

I don’t think I even need to make the case here. The results speak for themselves. When a coach gets the best out of his players and they love and respect him 100 percent, that’s a great coach. His creative innovations week to week make it easy to see why the man is going to walk into the Hall of Fame as one of the greatest coaches of all time someday.

Reid may sometimes catch some heat for trying to get “too cute” or overthinking things, but it’s a small price to pay for what he has brought to this team. They were cone of the better teams in the AFC with Alex Smith at quarterback. Then when the top player on this list arrived, it was game over for the rest of the NFL.
