Chiefs give us all heart attacks but will play for the AFC Championship

The Kansas City Chiefs looked like they might be toast when Patrick Mahomes went down with an apparent concussion but K.C. pulled out a victory over the surprising Cleveland Browns.

Let’s get right to it, Addicts. That was terrifying. Seriously, I am going to have

visions

nightmares of a wobbly Patrick Mahomes until the day I draw my last breath. Everything was going to script…well not the kicking game but you know what I mean. The Chiefs came ou not looking rusty at all. They went right down the field and scored a touchdown. In fact, Cleveland wasn’t putting up much resistance at all to the Kansas City offense until Mahomes got injured.

But he did. And then everything went to hell. Henneway, on this week’s Arrowhead Addict podcast, joining me and Matt Verderame as we take you through our emotions during the Chiefs’ latest victory.
