Our podcast team previews this weekend’s clash between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Tom Brady is old. Now, granted, he still plays football better than most NFL QBs and certainly better than I could but that doesn’t change the fact that when pressured this season, he has been absolutely terrible.

This weekend’s game vs. the Tampa Bay Buccaneers isn’t just about Tom Brady being old though. The Chiefs, despite getting off to such a terrific start, really can’t afford to lose to Tampa. The Pittsburgh Steelers are in the driver’s seat for the number one seed in the AFC. Now, at 10-0, the Steelers are unlikely to go undefeated. Still, if you look at their schedule, it isn’t out of the realm of possibility. Should the Steelers only lose one of their remaining six games, the Chiefs would have to win out and order to have the seeding come down to a tie-breaker.

The number one seed is more important than ever because the NFL changed the rules so that only the top seed in each conference gets a Bye Week. This is a major, major advantage for any team hoping to make it to the Super Bowl.

Join me and Matt Verderame for this week’s Arrowhead Addict podcast. We get you ready for Chiefs vs. Bucs and break down some of the key matchups we think will help decide the game.
