KC Chiefs enter bye week with several injury questions to answer

Taco Charlton
Of all the players profiled here, Taco Charlton contributes on the least amount of plays, but that doesn’t mean that his play isn’t appreciated along the defensive line.
Charlton was signed to a cheap one-year deal by the Chiefs this offseason after a failed change-of-scenery stint with the Miami Dolphins. Given that the former first round pick of the Dallas Cowboys was also released by the team that drafted him, it looked as if Charlton would be nothing more than another once-heralded bust who couldn’t make the leap to the pro level.
However even in limited duty with the Chiefs, Charlton has shown a real penchant for disrupting the passer. The stats don’t exactly fly off the page, but Charlton is only playing a handful of snaps each game as it is. Together with the team’s other pass rushers, however, Charlton plays an important role to keep opposing lines frustrated as even the Chiefs backups are able to make an impact.
