The Kansas City Chiefs beat the Denver Broncos 43-16 Sunday, making it ten straight victories against their division rival.

Ya’ll, I love me some Byron Pringle. The Chiefs were struggling a bit on offense early in their slaughter of the Broncos when “B-Prings,” busted out a 102-yard kick return for a touchdown, causing me to temporarily change my Twitter avatar so I could run my account as a Byron Pringle fan page for a few hours.

It wasn’t just Pringle. The Chiefs were fairly ferocious on defense. Dirty Dan Sorensen had a really great pick-six and also laid a couple of monstrous hits on Broncos running back, Philip Lindsay. Mecole Hardman had a couple of nice catches, Frank Clark snagged himself a fumble recovery…it was pretty much a big party on the defensive side of the ball.

There were some mild concerns. Harrison Butker missed another extra point, his fifth of the season. The offense was a little clunky but I chalk that up mostly to the weird game flow. Le’Veon Bell also made his debut and looked really strong. I think we should all light a candle for the New York Jets this week because next week’s game could get ugly.

Check out the podcast as Matt Verderame and I broke down all the action from Sunday’s thrashing. We also answered a few fan questions and handed out a couple of awards, one involving Bobby Sippio.
