Patrick Mahomes leads 2020 AFC quarterback power rankings
4. Ben Roethlisberger
Big Ben Roethlisberger needs to show that he can bounce back from last season’s injury at the age of 38. Unfortunately, he’s lost a few weapons over the last few seasons that could be an issue for him as well. However, the future Hall of Famer has a proven track record and if his results this season match pretty much any healthy season over the last decade of his career it would be enough to make him one of the better QBs in all the AFC again this season.
If you just go back to when he was healthy two seasons ago, he threw for over 5,000 yards and 34 touchdowns. If he can get back to even close to that level this year, he will give the Steelers a huge advantage in the AFC. Frankly, even if he’s just 80% of that it would be enough to put him in the upper half of the AFC quarterbacks.
