#2 – Tyreek Hill, Wide Receiver

There is certainly an argument to be made, despite being only four years in to his career, that Tyreek Hill is the most successful fifth round pick the Chiefs have ever drafted. Due to the thus far unwritten ending to his career, however, he checks in at number two on this list.

In his first four seasons in the league, Hill has been named to the Pro Bowl four times and is already a two-time 1st Team All Pro selection. He has been named one of the top 40 players in the NFL in each of the last three seasons; and he already has one Super Bowl Championship on his resume.

In his first four seasons, Hill has amassed 281 receptions for 4115 yards and 32 touchdowns. Those numbers are incredible but he’s also contributed 500 yards and four touchdowns running the football, and another 1,400 yards and five touchdowns as a returner.

As his wide receiver usage has increased, his return attempts have decreased, but it’s not unusual to see Hill go back to return a punt in a big game or a big moment. More often than not, this results in the other team punting the ball out of bounds to keep it out of the hands of the speedster.

In all likelihood, the 2016 165th overall draft pick will rewrite the Chiefs receiving record books. And by that time, it would not be surprising for him to move to number one on this list, and could go down as the biggest draft steal in Chiefs history.
