The Baltimore Ravens are the hottest team in the conference with Lamar Jackson at the helm. Can anyone step up and stop their momentum? A look at the AFC.

Week 11 of the 2019 NFL regular season was filled with head-scratchers and letdowns when looking around the AFC. Nearly every fan base in the conference is on a rollercoaster of emotions. Kansas City has been no stranger to the very same rollercoaster given the issues surrounding the Chiefs.

Losing in Week 10 to the Tennessee Titans caused Chiefs fans to lose their minds. The team was utterly unprepared and lacked the same fire they’d shown the previous three games. Patrick Mahomes returned from injury looking rusty in the first drive or two but proceeded to prove that he’s the most talented quarterback in the league. Unfortunately, the rest of the team failed to follow and it wasn’t enough in the end.

Fortunately the Chiefs were able to pull off a win against the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football. It wasn’t perfect, but it was enough to put the Bolts away for the 2019. More importantly, it also keeps the Raiders at bay in the West as the Chiefs remain in the driver’s seat for a fourth consecutive division title and the postseason berth that it brings.

Here’s a look around the rest of the AFC and how things are shaping up after an intriguing Week 11.
