The Kansas City Chiefs released their list of inactive players and they will be without Darwin Thompson and Kendall Fuller against the Chargers.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers have released their lists of inactive players heading into the game and there are a couple surprises on both sides.

For the Chiefs, the rotation of active entrants at running back continues with the decision to sit a healthy Darwin Thompson in order to bring back LeSean McCoy who was “rested” last week against the Tennessee Titans. McCoy and Damien Williams should be expected to earn the bulk of the Chiefs carries against the Chargers on Monday Night Football

The other major news among inactives is actually the biggest loss of all with word that Kendall Fuller will be missing the game as well. Fuller was questionable heading into Monday’s contest and it’s clear the talented cornerback needs some time to heal for his broken thumb. Given the upcoming bye, Fuller should be good to go against the Oakland Raiders in Week 13.

As for the Chargers, it’s official that both players who were downgraded this weekend among their injury designations are now sitting out. Russell Okung, their starting left tackle, will be unable to play due to a groin injury. Meanwhile rookie linebacker Drue Tranquill, who has come on strong as of late, will also miss the game.

Here are the lists of inactive players for both sides.
