Kansas City Chiefs: Three teams to avoid in the playoffs
BALTIMORE RAVENS
It’s fair to say that the Chiefs do not want to see the Baltimore Ravens again. If it wasn’t for some heroics from Mahomes, including the now-infamous no-look pass, as well as a 4th and 9 pass that still defies quarterback play, the Chiefs would have lost the game.
The Ravens took advantage of a below average pass rush all day, to include a 70-yard touchdown drive that was only rushing plays. This along with the vast improvement in the passing game by rookie Lamar Jackson gave the Chiefs defense fits.
This is a team that, on paper, that matches well with the Chiefs and the game showed that this was true. If the Chiefs, in fact, do see the Ravens in January, it should be a very good game. If it is at Arrowhead again and the Chiefs Kingdom represents, there should be a similar outcome. However, if the Chiefs have to travel to the hostile environment of Baltimore, it will take a good game from all hands on deck. I personally am hoping that this does not happen. My little heart can’t take it.
Speaking of heartbreaks, this brings us to the scariest team on this list.
