Patrick Mahomes faces Baker Mayfield for the first time in their young NFL careers. WIll we see a repeat of what happened when they played in college?

The Kansas City Chiefs are 7-1 through the first half of the season. Who would have thought that this team would be this good with such a young quarterback? Going through the hardest part of their schedule and having that record is no small feat. It is also the reason why many are seeing the Chiefs as the favorites to represent the AFC this year in the Super Bowl.

The fact that Patrick Mahomes has been able to continue this teams success against the AFC West is no small feat either. Mahomes has now beaten the Denver Broncos on three separate occasions, twice in Mile High. Having already conquered the Los Angeles Chargers once this season, and the Oakland Raiders being dismantled by Jon Gruden, it seems the Chiefs will cruise to a division win for the third year in a row.

Before Kansas City can be crowned West winners, they will have to focus this week on one of the weaker opponents on their schedule, the Cleveland Browns. The interesting thing about the Browns is that their current general manager John Dorsey is the man that put together this current Chiefs roster.

Dorsey was able to land on his feet with Cleveland, a destination with plenty of cap space and draft picks. Looking at the Browns roster there is no doubt that there is a boatload of talent there, Cleveland has struggled to find anyone who can capitalize on it.

There have been plenty of changes for the Browns this past week. Are there any that the Chiefs Should worry about?
