The Atlanta Falcons host the Kansas City Chiefs on Friday night and it’s a great chance for a handful of Chiefs to show what they can do.

The Kansas City Chiefs roster is coming further into view with each preseason game that comes. Hidden gems are beginning to show through while other players are stringing together disappointing showings.

On Friday night players will have yet another chance to show head coach Andy Reid and general manager Brett Veach what they can do. It’s one thing to show flashes of potential in practice or even in pads in drills where teammates will pull up in case of potential hits. In a game time setting, however, when actual jobs are on the line, it’s another chance entirely to really stand out.

You can bet most Chiefs players are preparing even now with a wide range of emotions knowing what’s on the line—security doing the thing they’ve prepared their entire lives to do. In just a couple weeks, dozens of these Chiefs players will become unemployed which makes each and every preseason game as important as the postseason for these players.

Here’s a look at a few players with the most to prove on Friday on the road at Atlanta as the Chiefs play their second of four preseason games.
