Biggest Surprise: Andy Reid

Is there anyone in the Chiefs Kingdom that ever thought that they would see an offense like this under Andy Reid? He has Alex Smith playing at a MVP level boasting an impressive 18 touchdowns to only one interception so far on the season, all the while completing 69% of his passes. As impressive as that is it gets even better when you realize the Chiefs offense also boasts two top ten receivers in Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill. Then comes the biggest surprise on offense in rookie Kareem Hunt who was a third-round pick in this year’s draft and currently is the NFL’s #1 running back even with the bye week that happened.

Honestly this whole offense has been a surprise and the fact that they have mostly sustained this high level through the season is amazing. Who would of thought that Andy Reid would find a way to get away from those screen passes that drove us crazy last year and turn it into the second-best offense in the league? This firework show we have seen this year has been really fun to watch and it will be interesting to see how deep into the playoffs it will be able to take us this season. [Kody Latham]
