Seth Keysor from Arrowheadpride.com returned to the show to talk about Kareem Hunt and the rest of the Chiefs offense.

The Kansas City Chiefs will return to the practice field on Thursday after being off since the win against the Chargers. The health and availability of Dee Ford and De’Anthony Thomas will be key questions to be answered. If Ford is not able to go on Monday night, then second round pick Tanoh Kpassangon will get his real live game action. The Chiefs don’t have enough depth at this point to deal with a long injury to Ford. While Ford struggles against the run, his pass rush helps keep offenses honest.

Kansas City heads into this Monday night football game on a great stretch of football to this point. They are currently outscoring opponents 42-10 in the fourth quarter which explains why they are on a winning streak. The Chiefs will need to continue to play great football the next couple of weeks as they have bigger tests coming. The Redskins will be tougher than we originally thought they might be at the start of the season but the defense should really shine.

The Chiefs currently have a very impressive streak going right now. They have 9 straight regular season games with a touchdown of 50 yards or more. Kareem Hunt currently has three 50 plus yard touchdowns in his first three games. The rookie running back is giving defenses more than they were expecting and is a tackle breaking machine. Hunt is currently on pace to shatter the rookie record for rushing yardage. More than likely Hunt will slow down in the near future but he’s shown he has more speed than anyone gave him credit for.
