On the latest episode of the podcast Stacking the Box, AA editor Matt Conner talks with Matt Verderame about the Chiefs chances in 2017.

One of the best new football podcasts out there in 2017 is Stacking the Box, a new show with FanSided’s own Matt Verderame that always features great guests with key insights like Benjamin Allbright, Joel Corry and more.

This week, I was grateful to be featured on the podcast to discuss the Kansas City Chiefs’ dramatic offseason, the state of the roster heading into training camp and some thoughts about those who are down on the Chiefs chances in 2017. Specifically, we dispel a lot of the silly rumors around the Chiefs’ drama and do away with any Chicken Little sort of talk about the sky is falling.

Elsewhere, Melissa Jacobs also appears on this episode, the Football Girl, who is always a great guest to have on, to discuss Colin Kaepernick. Verderame and company also take a closer look at Martellus Bennett’s new digs with the Green Bay Packers and finish up with a dissection of Carson Wentz in 2017.

Make sure to sign up for Stacking the Box here and listen to the other episodes for great insight from this offseason and stay tuned for some great content ahead as training camps open up and news rolls in. With a vast network of FanSided experts and a stable of great guests from outside as well, Stacking the Box is one of the best new NFL-focused podcasts to burst on the scene.
