GLENDALE, AZ – DECEMBER 07: Running back Jamaal Charles /

Sometimes, it feels like our personal favorite players belong in the Hall of Fame. Sadly, that is kind of where Jamaal Charles sits. He is a favorite player for a lot of people, and yes, his yards-per-carry are certainly impressive. However, when it comes down to it, his production just does not match up with the running backs that have already been enshrined in the Hall of Fame.

Charles is a great player, and Chiefs Kingdom wishes him the best of luck for whichever team he ends up playing for. However, as it stands right now, taking into account his stats alone, he is not a Canton-worthy. This might garner some hatred from some people, but the stats simply don’t lie. Now, is it certain he will not make it? No. Hopefully he does; he is a special player. Only time will tell if the greatest rusher in Kansas City Chiefs history will make it into the Hall of Fame, and this writer hopes to be proved wrong.

What do you think, Addicts? Will Charles one day be in the Hall of Fame? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
