The Kansas City Chiefs are yet to be underdogs at home this season, and that trend is continuing against the Tennessee Titans.

According to oddsmakers, the Chiefs are either a five or six-point favorite for their game against Tennessee on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium. Considering the home team is always spotted a field goal, Kansas City is basically believed to be a couple points better on a neutral field.

Over the last three weeks, the Chiefs have been underdogs on two occasions and a slight favorite versus the Oakland Raiders. They were able to win all three and cover the spread each time, making some money for bettors who believed in the red and gold.

This is not going to be an easy game. Tennessee is 7-6 but tied for the lead in the AFC South. The Titans have a very good ground game with the trio of DeMarco Murray, Derrick Henry and Marcus Mariota pounding the rock. Mariota can also beat you with his arm, throwing for 25 touchdowns this season.

Ultimately, Kansas City should win this game. The Chiefs are 10-3 in the NFL’s toughest division, while Tennessee is good, but not quite to the same standard. If they win, a playoff spot would be clinched for the third time in four seasons under head coach Andy Reid.
