The Kansas City Chiefs and Indianapolis Colts will play at Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday, and the road team is getting love from Vegas.

Despite being the road team on Sunday, the Chiefs are favored by 2.5 points over the Colts, according to OddsShark. Kansas City is 4-2 while Indianapolis is 3-4, explaining why Vegas believes the Chiefs will win despite being away from the intimidating Arrowhead Stadium.

Indianapolis has not been good this season, with the offensive line giving up sacks in bunches. However, the Chiefs have struggled all year to get any real pressure without the services of Justin Houston, who has been working his way back from a non-functioning ACL.

For the Chiefs, the key on offense will be balance. The Colts have been bad on defense throughout the season, allowing teams to gash them both in the air and on the ground. Indianapolis ranks 28th in the NFL in yards against per carry, clocking in at 4.7. If Andy Reid does not run the ball with Spencer Ware day and night, I don’t know what to tell you. Ware is currently averaging 5.2 yards per carry, so giving him the rock might be a wise strategy.

Andrew Luck will do all he can to beat the Chiefs, and he has the arm to perhaps pull it off. Luck has already thrown for 2,074 yards and 14 touchdowns. Conversely, he’s been sacked an absurd 25 times.
