The Chiefs beat the Raiders as the running game returns to form in California downpour.

Jamaal Charles and Spencer ware are a 1-2 punch worthy of Joe Frazier. In the pouring rain in Oakland, the duo was more than impressive. They were efficient in both yardage gained as well as time utilized. Both scored touchdowns on the ground while averaged 3.7 and 5.5 yards per carry respectively. After 21 combined carries, the duo averaged 5.7 ypc. The team finished they day with 37 legitimate rushes, not counting kneel downs and screen passes to defensive linemen. They averaged 4.95 yards per carry on the day

Phillip Gaines aggravated his knee injury. Allen Bailey went down tight shoulder issue. Marcus peters got dehydrated and probably concussed. At the end of the day, the unit did enough to secure a win. Amari Cooper had a big day against a young secondary. That is true. Outside of Cooper, Derek Carr threw for less than 100 yards and the Raiders ran for only 65 yards as a team. And Dee Ford had 2 sacks. That was enough for this day.
