The Kansas City Chiefs are hosting the San Diego Chargers on Sunday afternoon at Arrowhead Stadium. Here’s how to watch…

It’s finally here. Real football is back, with the Chiefs looking to win their third opening day in four years under head coach Andy Reid. Kansas City is being given a very good chance to do so, with most of the oddsmakers, putting it as a 6.5 or seven-point favorite.

The Chiefs will mostly have to stop San Diego quarterback Philip Rivers, who is always a threat to torch any defense. Rivers will also have Keenan Allen, who has not played in each of the past three meetings between these two teams. Look for both Marcus Peters and Phillip Gaines to be covering him early and often, depending where he lines up.

It’s always nice to have Harlan and Gannon on the call. Harlan was the radio broadcaster in Kansas City for nearly a decade, spanning the late 1980s and early 90s. Gannon was a backup quarterback with the team in the 90s, somehow sitting behind the immortal Elvis Grbac.

Kansas City has a great chance to get to 1-0 and tied for first place in the AFC West. Here’s to hoping.
