To start the fourth quarter Kevin Hogan came in at QB for the Chiefs. He struggled with his accuracy getting a pass tipped up and intercepted. He showed poise in the pocket but also showed that he has a lot to work on before being ready to play in the NFL. He’s not going to be a QB that can really help KC this season and if the Chiefs have the opportunity to sit him or drastically reduce his reps over the next couple games it could help them have a chance to place him on the practice squad.

The Chiefs are going to have some tough decisions to make all over their roster. QB is a position where they have depth but there are really only 4 QB’s that currently could step in and be serviceable at this point. KC will more than likely have to cut two QB’s this season as the rest of their depth will keep them from being able to carry 4 QB’s.

Maybe one of them come up as a mystery IR candidate as Bray was two years ago. Is it possible that one could hold some trade value?

What do you think, Addicts? How are you feeling about the QB position and who gets cut?
