Chiefs linebackers: 2016 stat projections

This is arguably the most important positional unit that Kansas City has on its defense at the present time when you consider all the talent and game changers that are on it. It’s imperative that this group continues to play at a high level in 2016 to help propel this defense as one of the best in the league. If Kansas City wants to keep on this path of having an elite level linebacking corp, it will take solid efforts from the top to the bottom of this unit to stay there.
That being said, there should be plenty of opportunities for the KC linebackers to make plays this season behind a good defensive line that includes the likes of Jaye Howard and Dontari Poe (who I made stat projections for in my piece from last week).
