On the flip side of all that, Berry also needs to understand the organization is in a bind. Yes he deserves to paid a lot of money for his services, but there needs to be that perfect mark. The team also stood by him with everything they had when he was diagnosed. Not that just because the team was there for him when he had cancer should warrant a discount; but it shows a lot of faith for one team to be that involved with the treatment and health of a player.

In the end, it is bad Berry will miss time with the team, training camp is the best time to come together to get back in the rhythm of the football season. So in the end this holdout he is doing might not only hurt him as the player, but it hurts the whole team with this absence. Should we be worried about all this, yes and no, there are reasons on both sides of the field, hopefully in the end everything works out and Berry reunites with the team.

What do you think, Addicts? Are you worried about Berry holding out of camp? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
