First off, I hope all of you dads out there in Chiefs Kingdom had a great Father’s Day weekend. We are entering the NFL dead zone that takes us up to the start of training camp and if I’m being honest, it becomes challenging some weeks to come up with something new and interesting to talk/write about.
I didn’t want to get to heavy into film study on Father’s Day weekend so after some brainstorming this week I thought it might be fun to play a little game of over/under for the 2016 Kansas City Chiefs. I think I’ve come up with some interesting ones and tried to set the over/under line at that perfect spot that makes it hard for you to decide one way or another. Here are your categories for this little game:
Alex Smith Passing Yards
Jamaal Charles Carries Per Game
Jeremy Maclin Receptions
Chris Jones Percentage of Defensive Snaps
Dee Ford Sacks
Marcus Peters Interceptions
Chiefs Wins in 2016
For each over/under I’ll set the line, give you a little justification for why I set the line there, and then I’ll go on record of what I think the correct answer is. Also, since this is my post and my rules, no pushes. You have to pick either over or under.
Let’s start with how many yards KC’s quarterback will throw for in 2016.
