Good morning, Addicts! Hopefully you got through the beginning of the week no worse for the wear, because we are finally at HUMP DAYYYYYYYY. I don’t know about you, but once we hit Wednesday I feel like the weekend is within my sight.

As for the Kansas City Chiefs, they are rolling toward training camp. They are currently in the second day of their three-day minicamp, the only mandatory portion of the offseason schedule. With the Chiefs finishing up on Thursday, we won’t see the team again until the pads start cracking in St. Joe’s for training camp.

Here is the news you need to know…

Is Chris Conley the next breakout star for Chiefs?Joe Soriano of NFL Spin Zone

"There isn’t much pressure on Conley either, because the Chiefs are a run-based team that already has well-established top options. Charles is the safety valve out of the backfield, Maclin is a true No. 1 receiver and one of the team’s biggest stars after a season of brilliance in Kansas City, and Kelce is unquestionably a top-five talent at the tight end position."

Chiefs have not had luck developing quarterbackLeigh Oleszczak of KC Kingdom

"Stanzi might have gotten a bum deal in my opinion because Chiefs fans never got to see what the kid could do. Even in the abysmal season that was 2012, Romeo Crennel continued to put Matt Cassel and Brady Quinn out on the field and never gave Stanzi a chance. Not sure if that’s a good or a bad thing honestly."

Jamaal Charles to practice for first time since Oct. 11 injuryAdam Teicher of ESPN

"The Kansas City Chiefs will welcome back a familiar face to their practice field Tuesday when they begin their mandatory minicamp. Running back Jamaal Charles will practice for the first time since tearing his ACL in an Oct. 11 game against the Chicago Bears."
