9. Travis Kelce

Kelce was drafted in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft out of the University of Cincinnati, and after missing his rookie season due to microfracture surgery on his knee, the youngster has turned in a great pair of seasons.

In his second year, Kelce burst onto the scene as one of the elite tight ends in the business, going for 862 yards and five touchdowns on a team without any other receiving threats. Last year, Kelce posted extremely similar numbers to 2014, catching 72 passes for 875 yards and another five scores.

At age 26, this could be the year where Kelce takes the leap from very good to great. He has the size and athleticism to dominate whether going against a cornerback, safety or linebacker. Head coach Andy Reid loves to scheme, and Kelce is the ultimate mismatch in the passing game.

With Kansas City’s love of two and three-tight end formations, Kelce is ensured of being on the field almost every snap. Factor in his ability to block in the run game, and he’s a complete tight end. Outside of future Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez, Kelce is already the best to ever play in Kansas City at his position.
