Pittsburgh Steelers: The Steelers have re-signed veteran backup quarterback Bruce Gradkowski to a one year deal.  The team released veteran offensive tackle Mike Adams with a failed physical designation.

  • Chiefs’ Take: If the Chiefs OL situation is still sketchy come Training Camp, don’t be surprised if Adams gets a call.  He’s not a starting talent, but he has the experience to come in and work for a backup spot.

San Francisco 49ers: Linebacker Michael Wilhoite has signed his RFA tender and will be returning to the 49ers for the 2016 season.

Washington Redskins: Following the draft, the Redskins have released veteran cornerback Chris Culliver and linebacker Desmond Bishop.  The Skins did sign star tight end Jordan Reed to a five year, $50 million, extension.

  • Chiefs’ Take: This deal highlights the job done by John Dorsey in getting Travis Kelce re-signed early.  Kelce was signed to a five year, $46 million, extension.
