3. San Diego Chargers: Laremy Tunsil – OT – Ole Miss

Why?: Sometimes things just fall in your lap.  The Chargers are about to grab a commonly projected #1 player in this draft because other teams need a QB.  Added to this is the fact the Chargers need OL help.  SD gave up 40 sacks last year and were 31st in rushing.  They need a bonafide anchor to their OL and Tunsil looks to be the best.

Wouldn’t be wrong: The other option here is a guy that many are jumping on as the #1 player in this draft…Jalen Ramsey (DB – Flordia State).  Look, if you say he should be the guy, you aren’t wrong.  If you say Tunsil, you aren’t wrong.

They could take either player and be happy about it.  However, with this team being built around Philip Rivers, I’m going with Tunsil as the more likely move.

4. Dallas Cowboys: Joey Bosa – DE – Ohio State

Why?: KISS – Keep It Simple, Stupid.  While moving on from Greg Hardy was absolutely the right move, there is no denying that his absence will be noticed on the field.  Bosa looks to be a cornerstone player on the defensive side of the ball.  He won’t put up the freak pass rush numbers, but he’ll be a constant presence and reliable player at a high level.

But they could get…: Here is another team that could take Jalen Ramsey and not be wrong.  However, the Cowboys were also abysmal against the run, and Bosa helps them a lot there as well.  That makes him the best overall value they can get here.  Bosa isn’t an outgoing personality, which makes this a little more interesting.  Bosa = Steven Jones pick; Ramsey = Jerry Jones pick.
