What has changed: Indianapolis was very quiet in free agency, something we are not used to under general manager Ryan Grigson. Frankly, Grigson has done a terrible job with this team, allowing Andrew Luck’s supporting cast to completely erode. Luck is playing behind a poor offensive line and without much of a running game thanks to the aging Frank Gore.

Indianapolis did lose two key pieces this free agency in tight end Coby Fleener and inside linebacker Jerrell Freeman. Freeman was briefly rumored to be a target of Kansas City while Derrick Johnson’s negotiations were still going on, while Fleener left for big money with the New Orleans Saints.

Should they scare you?: Not at all. The Colts have a great quarterback in Luck and a very nice receiver in T.Y. Hilton, but the rest of the team is a mess. The offensive line is terrible and Dwayne Allen is the only respectable tight end on the roster.

The defense is a disaster as well, without any pass rush coming from veteran Robert Mathis. The Colts are going to struggle to win eight games this season, even if luck can stay completely healthy for the 16-game stretch.

Prediction: 34-17, Chiefs
