Oakland is making moves as well. Dontari Poe is in for two tough games against the Raiders in 2016.

They were first out of the gate in adding a big name offensive lineman when they signed guard Kelechi Osemele just as free agency began. Although Osemele has experience at left tackle, he reportedly going to be playing inside at guard for the Raiders.

Oakland is set to have one of the nastiest interior offensive lines in all the NFL in 2016. Former-Chief Rodney Hudson anchors the unit at center and Gabe Jackson mans the other guard spot. Together, the three of them will give Poe all he can handle in the Chiefs’ three-man front and give Allen Bailey and Jaye Howard a great battle when in the nickel 4-man front.

This will make them hard to handle on inside runs (I am looking at you Josh Mauga). That is a quality upgrade, but their tackle positions are still exposed to the KC pass rush.

They likely need to do more this offseason, but at least the group has a new nickname… “Carr Insurance”. That’s pretty good.
