Good morning, Addicts! It’s Tuesday, and we are in the middle of the National Football League free agency tampering period. To this point, we have not heard much either on who the Kansas City Chiefs are targeting or who might be coming after their free agents.

It’s safe to say that plenty of work is going on behind the scenes, and something is bound to emerge shortly. When it does, we will be all over it like Marcus Peters on some poor overmatched receiver. In the meantime…

"The Chiefs are a good team with a solid defense so if Alex is hurt and RGIII plays, he has a good chance of being successful. The upside is that RGIII likely has a higher ceiling than Chase Daniel. The downside? Chase is probably more of a sure thing at this point and that counts for a lot."

Mike DeVito not done, wants to keep playing in Kansas City – Terez Paylor of the Kansas City Star

"DeVito showed he still had plenty left in the tank in 2015, too. Always a stout run stuffer, the 6-foot-3, 305-pounder maintained that part of his game and also set a career-high with three sacks in 13 games. He made it clear he’d like to return to Kansas City — and a source told The Star a few weeks ago that the Chiefs interested in bringing him back — though DeVito says he’s anxiously waiting to see how his free-agency pans out."
