This coming offseason there will be chances for the Chiefs to sign a veteran receiver than could either take the number two spot, or compete with the current receivers on the roster of the Chiefs. Names like Riley Cooper, Mohamed Sanu, and others have been linked to the Chiefs as players that general manager John Dorsey might go after when free agent signings can occur. However, when it comes to the second receiver behind Maclin, the Chiefs might just have that player on the roster, and might not need to go after one in the off-season.

Players like Albert Wilson, and Chris Conley are current players on the roster that could potentially be a bigger part of the passing game next year.

Next: Albert Wilson
