Onto Oakland

Is there anything better than playing a division rival like the Oakland Raiders in the last week of the season in a game with playoff implications? This is going to be fun. The Raiders know they’re out of it so this will be their Super Bowl.

Future Hall of Fame defensive back Charles Woodson will be playing his last game in Arrowhead and you would have to think he will play inspired. There’s a very cool article on Woodson walking fans through his last week in the league.

Meanwhile, the Broncos will be playing a divisional game against a Chargers team that has played better in their last two outings. Philip Rivers is a good enough quarterback to give the Broncos a battle and the Chargers will take on the same approach as the Raiders; playing spoiler. Should Kansas City win and Denver loses, the Chiefs would win the AFC West as they have the tiebreaker.

With first place still being on the line, will Hali and Houston will push themselves to play this last week. Would that be wise in risking further injury just to move up in seeding? What are your thoughts?

That’s what’s on my mind, Addicts. What’s on yours?
