San Francisco 49ers: Rumors are coming out that the 49ers may be for sale. Evidence and statements are coming out on both sides of the story, but a potential buyer has been named.
Seattle Seahawks: The Seahawks backfield continues to take a beating as Thomas Rawls is now headed to Injured Reserve with a broken ankle. To fill the void, the team has turned to Christine Michael, who they released earlier this year, and Bryce Brown who has struggled to find employment since the Eagles let him go.
St Louis Rams: Rams wide receiver Stedman Bailey has been taken out of intensive care and is said to be active and talking. There is some speculation that he could be released from the hospital in time for Christmas. Another bit of good news for head coach Jeff Fisher and general manager Les Snead is that owner Stan Kroenke apparently has no intention of firing either man at this point in time. Kroenke still has his hands full with his bid to move the team to Los Angeles. That bid had received a setback this week when it was reported that the city and league were close to a funding deal for a new stadium. However, that deal appears to be founded on bad information for the city of St Louis, and is now nowhere near as close to moving forward as originally thought. On the field, the team will be without star defensive lineman Robert Quinn who is headed to Injured Reserve as he prepares for back surgery.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: The Bucs offense has hit a big snag as veteran wide receiver Vincent Jackson will miss several weeks with a sprained MCL. The Bucs did bring back former second round draft pick Da’Quan Bowers who has struggled with injuries and poor play in his career.
Tennessee Titans: The Titans took a hit in all phases of the game with pass rusher Derrick Morgan and the versatile Dexter McCluster both going to Injured Reserve.
Washington Redskins: The Redskins struggles at tight end continue as Derek Carrier is now done for the year with tears to his ACL and MCL. To help fill the gap, the team has signed veteran Alex Smith…no, not him, THIS Alex Smith.
Well, that will do it for me Addicts. More than enough NFL news and rumors to keep everyone busy until next Friday!
