Washington Redskins at Carolina Panthers (-8.5)

Carolina (9-0) is not losing to Washington (4-5). The Panthers might be the best team in the NFC and the Redskins are good one week and bad the next. This shouldn’t be close.

Pick: Carolina 23, Washington 13

Denver Broncos at Chicago Bears (EVEN)

I have no idea in this game. Brock Osweiler could be the second coming for Denver (7-2), or he could be Brodie Croyle. The Broncos have the whiff of a team ready for a complete implosion. On the other side, Chicago (4-5) is playing very well and will want to win for head coach John Fox.

Pick: Chicago 17, Denver 13

Oakland Raiders (-1) at Detroit Lions

This is another tough game to figure. Detroit (2-7) is not good but it has more talent than a two-win team. Meanwhile, Oakland (4-5) lost in horrific fashion to the Vikings on Sunday and could be on a slide. The Lions are also playing for their jobs.

Pick: Detroit 23, Oakland 21

New York Jets at Houston Texans (NO LINE)

Houston (4-5) and New York (5-4) are both playing with plenty ion the line. Both believe in their chances to make the postseason. Expect this game to come down to the quarterbacks. Unfortunately, we aren’t sure who is starting for either team.

Pick: New York 20, Houston 16

Dallas Cowboys at Miami Dolphins (EVEN)

Dallas (2-7) needs to win out if it has any hope of making the playoffs. With Tony Romo back in the fold, look for Miami (4-5) to be in major trouble. Romo is going to come out firing, and the Dolphins won’t have an answer for him.

Pick: Dallas 30, Miami 20

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Philadelphia Eagles (-5.5)

Any time you can watch Mark Sanchez, you need to do it. Philadelphia (4-5) is no good and Sanchez is going to ruin some dreams. However, Tampa Bay (4-5) is not a good football team and isn’t likely to win on the road.

Pick: Philadelphia 24, Tampa Bay 21
