New England Patriots (-10) at Dallas Cowboys
New England (3-0) is starting Tom Brady. Dallas (2-2) is starting Brandon Weeden. Good fight, good night.
Pick: New England 34, Dallas 10
Denver Broncos (-4.5) at Oakland Raiders
Oakland (2-2) is good enough to pull this off, but can it get the job done? Denver (4-0) has an incredible defense. You know, the kind of defense we expected in Kansas City. This should go the distance, but it is tough to pick against Peyton Manning.
Pick: Denver 20, Oakland 16
San Francisco 49ers at New York Giants (-7.5)
New York (2-2) is not a terrific team, but it is a hell of a lot better than San Francisco (1-3). It’s impossible to pick Colin Kaepernick on the road against anybody, including most college teams. Kaepernick has proven to be a reserve quarterback at best in the NFL.
Pick: New York 26, San Francisco 15
Pittsburgh Steelers at San Diego Chargers (-3)
San Diego (2-2) is nothing special. The Chargers were barely able to beat the Browns, who were without Joe Haden and any offensive weapon. Pittsburgh (2-2) would hammer San Diego if Ben Roethlisberger was active, but without him, this will be a tough game on the road.
Pick: San Diego 27, Pittsburgh 24
Last Week: 9-6
Overall: 38-25
