Chiefs vs. Packers: Open thread

Hello, Addicts! Welcome to the Arrowhead Addict lounge, where everyone is welcome to come in and stay late. The Kansas City Chiefs are taking on the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football, hopefully giving us a preferable result.

The Chiefs have never lost in Lambeau Field, going 3-0 throughout history. Of course, the Packers are a very good team and have not lost at home since 2013. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has also not thrown an interception since Dec. 2012, the longest streak of not throwing an interception at home in NFL history.

Kansas City needs to run the football. Green Bay has been giving up 5.3 yards per carry, the worst mark in the NFL by a country mile. The Chiefs have to punish the Packers on the ground with a heavy dose of Jamaal Charles and Knile Davis throughout the evening. It is also expected that the weather will provide rain, perhaps slowing the track for Rodgers and Co.

The Packers are favored by a touchdown in this game after beating the Chicago Bears and Seattle Seahawks. Green Bay has a potent offense despite the losses of right tackle Bryan Bulaga and receiver Jordy Nelson. It will need to be prolific, as the defense is nothing to write home about. Can the Chiefs take advantage of this weak link and put points on the board?
