Aggression on Offense

To this point in the 2015 season, the Packers Defense has been fairly stingy versus the pass.  Alex Smith and the Chiefs offense must return to attacking the middle of the field with routes at the seams and deep crosses.   Russell Wilson was extremely successful in the middle of the field against the Packers, completing 14 of 16 pass attempts and scoring both passing touchdowns.  The Chiefs will be successful emphasizing the tight ends and attacking Green Bay safety Clinton-Dix

The rushing offense has an opportunity.  Chicago’s nimble back Matt Forte was able to rush for 5.8 ypc in week one. He had multiple long runs and hit the seams in the defense with speed.

The Chiefs, like the Bears two weeks ago, must rely on athletic linemen to make the ground game come to life.  After a two-fumble game last week, Jamaal Charles will be best served by getting a generous amount of carries.  Simple plays like this one will get him on the edge of the defense and have him back on track.
